LE MIJOTÉ : UN RESTAURANT QUI MIJOTE DES PLATS LOCAUX ET DE SAISON
En cette période hivernale, rien ne vaut des bons plats mijotés frais et locaux. Dans ce premier portrait « Les Vitrines d’Annecy » de l’année, partons à la rencontre de Corinne, Restauratrice et créatrice du restaurant « Le Mijoté » à Annecy. Le concept ? une cuisine à la Française de saison avec des produits frais et locaux, et un nouveau plat mijoté : » [..] les surgelés pas chez moi ! » insiste Corinne.
Le restaurant accepte aussi les chèques cadeaux « Les Vitrines d’Annecy« , à offrir pour faire plaisir autour d’un bon repas !
Le Mijoté est situé au 84 Rue Carnot à Annecy (à quelques pas du Centre Commercial Courier)
